There are actually only 4 left.
Concord, Sacramento, Capitola, and San Jose.

The way the drive in is set up is the back two rows are completely flat the next two rows have a small hump and every two rows closer to the screen they get steeper. I only started to scrape at about 1/2 way up the parking lot. (I dropped my car down to 3 inch clearance, see picts).
The only area you need to straddle is the two speed bumps at the exit, or you can go out the entrance side which is flat.
