No not talking about the Winchester house. I was researching on buying houses and found a some houses to avoid lol. Apparently, this one is is pretty well-known. There's a house on the corner of Senter and Hellyer. I guess people call it the Senter of Hell.

I guess the story is a teenage girl hung herself in the garage. But all "haunted" stories are like that right?
The blinds are always closed, the gate is closed, there's a stone enclosure in the front yard in shape of a tomb, boulders placed around the property (probably so you can't park on the sidewalk and open your door) and one of those parking cement things on the drive way so you can't drive in.

Not sure if it's on the market. I don't see it listed. Zillows has it valued at 420k though. Last purchased in 89 for 190k. It's a 3/2, 1.6k lot.

But it's CA law for the realtor to disclose to you if there was a death in the house within 3 years of purchase. But them spirits might linger for longer than that.

There's even youtube vids on it with annoying people going up to the door and knocking or ringing the bell.
Which means most likely no one lives there, they would be pretty annoyed. And a maid cleans up the house once a month.

This video sums it all up. People sleeping in the living room and wake up in the garage. murders, deaths. House hasn't been on the market in a very long time. It has security lights, cameras, and alarms. thats why there are cement pillars in the driveway. I drive by it on a daily basis
