***Official DYNO DAY @ BOS 8***
As a NEWLY added activity to BOS 8 we will have a portable Dynamometer available for you to test your car.
Now is the time to see what those mods really did for you performance wise.
All participants can provide a list of their mods by posting on this thread which will help everyone see what set ups work well.
Due to the set up time required to harness down each car and perform 3 runs, we will be able to admit between 10 and 15 cars.
Cars will be given priority by order of sign up at the dyno registration desk on the day of the event.
We will take sign ups for up to 20 cars in case people drop out, the last cars will be on a stand-by basis only.
Cost will be $60 for 3 pulls. Each car will be given 3 runs (pulls) and a chart of your performance will be provided.
As an added incentive we will be posting the HP / TQ numbers on a board for all to see and we will recognize the following cars with the most HP:
- Most HP for engine size 4L or below, Normally Aspirated
- Most HP for engine size 4L and above, Normally Aspirated
- Most HP Overall for any engine, FI or NA

this is a great idea!! way to keep things interesting Glen!
unfortunately, I don't think I have enough engine mods to justify doing a dyno on my car
I will however, take pics or video of all the nice high powered cars when they do their dyno pulls :]

You are welcome to run, just to see how your car performs. Most Lexus are not done up for HP so I don't consider this a highly competitive activity, though I'm sure bragging rights are a nice perk at the end of the day.
