Default Lexus of Pleasanton - door ding fix attempt

So i bought my GS 450H about two weeks ago at Lexus of Pleasanton (https://www.clublexus.com/forums/gs-...ence-pics.html) and yesterday I get a door ding on the driver side door about the size of a dime - there's a scratch and worst of all, a small dent.

I called my sales guy (Shawn Anderson) and I'm bringing in my car to see what they can do, how much they might charge me, what they can hook me up with - if anything.

What do you guys think I should set my expectations at from the dealer, you think they'll do anything for me? How much do you think it'll cost me to fix this thing?

Yelp a local PDR guy and have him pop out the dent, then you may be able to buff out the scratch yourself. sales guy is probably just gonna call the PDR guy the dealership uses and mark up the price on fixing the dent.

or if you are attending BOS this year, there is often a PDR guy that comes out and gives a real good price.

BOS is june 10.... and Congrats on your purchase at Pleasanton... if you bring it by, i could help you look at it... we do have certain places... but it would be a bit pricey... if you want, i have a guy that does it in San Jose... name is Brad Treece... look him up and maybe you'll get hooked up... just let him know of B-line Auto Body.. =) good luck

I don't think they will fix it. They will just give you te paint for it so you can do it yourself. Same thing happen to me.

I'll tale the paint... I've been seeing folks saying they can get the dent out for $50 - $100. I figure get that done, get the little scratch painted then buffed.

I'm not sure what you were trying to say. But I also suggest you go to BOS and see if they can touch it up for you.
