Default Cracked Windshield on the ISF - Any OEM Window Repair Shops?

Only had this car for a little over a month and with all of the rain lately, there's been a lot of gravel and rocks on 880. Got a small rock chip Tuesday on my way to work, came back out to my car after work to find a 14" crack going across my view now, and its only getting bigger each day.

Before I call my insurance to see what my deductible is, have any of you replaced your windshields and have gotten OEM glass? If so, what shops have you gone to, your experience, quality of work, and price paid?!

I've searched these forums and people have been saying a new windshield for the F from Lexus is around $1300, but I'm hoping insurance will pick up most of the bill. Just need to find a reliable shop that will work with my insurance and get me OEM glass.

Thanks in advance!

make sure whoever is replacing your windsheild use new clips for the side molding because most glue them back on making it a PITA when molding need to be changed in the further.

thanks for the feedback so far... safelight quoted me $450 if i dont go through insurance.... :/ Price includes mounting hardware and rain sensor... i'd still rather have the OEM windshield though.

Did you get an OEM replacement?

Unfortunately, the shop I went to (Kuttek Works Auto Glass - Read my Yelp review: http://www.yelp.com/biz/kuttek-works...ss-san-leandro) tried working with my insurance to get me the OEM glass but AAA denied it so I had to go with an aftermarket brand OE glass. Not 100% like OEM but pretty close...
