There is a "mobile auto repair" conversion van rolling around the San Jose Zanker/Brokaw area that has so much crap hanging off the exterior the whole outside is covered by tools and other decor. I wish I had a camera at the time but I was so stunned that I just stared! haha
Does anyone here have a picture or know what I'm talking about? Looked like an old asian dude driving around in this make shift auto repair van.

some admin on 9th gen civic posted her own crime a couple hours ago... hope she gets caught.
this picture is going viral, already seen it on a DSM forum too. hopefully they find the owner of the pilot. According to some, she's local to the bay area and has been seen at car shows around here
