Here is an update for this...
Jonny and I paid for everything that you saw at EOS including food upfront (raffle items, goodie bags, tshirts, sweaters). We have submitted our invoices to Lexus of Stevens Creek. As you know, they are one of the busiest Lexus dealerships in northern CA and getting reimbursed is not as easy as just here's an receipt and wheres my check.
After submitting the invoices, we went through every transaction with them, and then it's gotta go through accounting before we get reimbursed.
as far as T-Shirts and Sweaters. I've had people asking me for tshirts. First off, we've given over 225 tshirts. There were about 130 peopel that got shrits through registered cars. The other 100+ were just given away when we announced it for spectactors. They were first come first serve. Some people may have received more than 1, but yeah.
In regards to Sweaters, we've gotten some sweaters stolen at EOS, sorry to say. There was not that many sweaters made from the start, but we ended up having only 1 sweater left (that was mine that had sweat all over).
Anyhow... in regards to new sweaters...
It is very hard for me to request Lexus of Stevens Creek to pay for sweaters than have you guys pay them for it, and again I don't want to be responsible or answer any of the questions or be accused of racking up the price or if provider A sells it cheaper than provider B.
With that said... It is up to you guys.... just FYI, the sweaters cost us approx $34 each after shipping for a zip up. a little cheaper with a hoodie.
the supplier is ooshirts.com.
lets get the final headcount here and then i'll try again to go back to Lexus to see if they can place the order through them if they want some for their employees too or if one of us just volunteer to collect the money.
again, it's not because I'm lagging on this, it's just our accounting hasnt been cleared yet from before so we havent been able to move forward to the next step.
