The weksos event and this are totally different things. Either way you will still have a good time. (Parking is free at ours though)

How many cars are you expecting? The time is 11am-5pm, is there a specific roll-in time? What time of the day do you expect to see the highest activity (because I may only be able to swing by for a couple of hours)?

^ What time would you drop by Mariano? If I go, I would probably shoot for the very beginning.

^ That is incorrect. It peaked around 1:45 and by 2:45- 3pm people started to trickle out and Also the owner of the venue had a prior commitment to attend to so we had to pack up slightly early around 3pm. There were more than 12 cars there. More like 30 at its lowest point. I

I wanted to share images from our Part 1 event coverage:

October is always the busiest month of the year due to our ClubLexus Annual events.

With EOSX on the 2nd = 130+ members

The Pursuit III on the 14th, 15th & 16th = 18+ NorCal Members, 400+ Total Attendees

Then Weksos and Carsxhype this past weekend, I know that MANY members have told me they have pretty much used up their meet quota for the month.

I didn't attend the Carsxhype or the Weksos event myself, but I've known Rishi for 10 years now, so it's good to see he's back out supporting local events like this and hopefully next year the dates won't be so impacted.

We had planned out our meet many months in advance. Unfortunately it fell the day before the weksos meet but at the same time its fortunate they werent the exact same day. But we still had a great turnout and it does show that the Northern California car scene is getting very active! One day we could even be on par with Socal. (maybe in a realllllly long time)

Pursuit and EOS are planned months ahead as well, but those two organizers coordinate with me to make sure that they are atleast 2 weeks apart on the dates chosen. I put up the NorCal event calendar thread so that organizers who contact me can minimize conflicts. It doesn't do either event any good when people have to "pick one" meet over the other.

Yes, I agree the community is growing, but it helps to plan & schedule it on the calendar. Let me know next time you have something in the works.
