That was Joe Chan from Santa Rosa. I don't know if he's even registered on CL, but he lurks.
Amazing mods he has on his car, with more to come.

no, it was a 07' IS 350 with 11' headlights, Weds wheels, matte black paint, and mild fender flares. He took 3rd in IS class.

^ It was a very subtle custom widebody conversion. Only came out ~1", but the work was spot on and his car was at the shop for 3 months to get it done.

WOW!! I thought Billy's HKS IS300 would have taken 1st easily if not considered for "Overall" Lexus. JDM NUB, your car is sick too. Too bad you couldn't have been inside with us!
