Did you see where he was hiding?

I definitely saw him pull over a white '95 Honda Civc this morning too. By the time I made the turn he was chasing down the Civic. I didn't see him hiding around Shell parking lot. Or in the intersection...

The sad part was the Altima behind blew by the red light when making a right turn. The Civic was in my same situation where the light was yellow then split second red. I feel sorry for the Civic.

I guess he didn't see the Altima and was focused on the Civic.

The cop seem to be invisible. I didn't even know where he was hiding when he busted Civic and me.

Not yet... I'm planning on doing a Trial by Declaration (written trial). If that fails, I also have another shot with traffic court.

I am so nervous to receive a mail from the Superior Court of CA this afternoon. But when I opened the envelope and turned to page 2 of the letter inside...Woohoo!!! I was found not guilty... I was so relieved. I'm glad that there is still a sense of justice in Judicial System.

Basically, I was in the intersection when the light was yellow. According to the CVC, the intersection is determined by the stop line. If there is no stop line, then the first line of the cross walk determines the intersection. As stated, my car was on the cross walk on the yellow, I shouldn't have been pulled over in the first place.

Special thanks to Damage and HyperMKIV and all those who have given me advice. Damage and HyperMKIV, you were right about Trial by Declaration. Also, thanks for the awesome picture HyperMKIV, it helped alot.

Tip I learned: DO FILE A TRIAL BY DECLARATION as mentioned.

Now I have my mod fund back, and I may have a new top secret mod x by BLOX.
