Magnussen Lexus in Fremont....amazing customer service/follow up
Long story short, there was a confusion/discrepancy that occurred in regards to warranty and when I spoke to the manager there, Bill Mason, not only did he do a lot of footwork and research but he was kind and understanding.
He ended up offering me the difference in services. something that he didn't have to do.
He had told me that by the end of this all I would end up being happy, and with this I certainly am.
I've always had a positive experience there, never felt that I was forgotten after I paid off my car like I did at another dealership that is closer to me. Each and every staff person there has treated me with the utmost of respect and consideration.
To me it's worth the one hour and 15 minute drive to get there. If you have never gone there, stop by. You'll see what I mean.
Thank you Bill, Linda, Shane, Gabriel and, well... the entire staff at Magnussens for taking care of me.

I also use that dealership for services. Like myself I drive out of my way to use them for my services even though I am only 10 min from Stevens Creek Lexus. I am willing to drive the extra 40 mins to use Magnussen Lexus. I would like to thank Brent and the staff there as well. !!!!!!!

I had my oil changed there and when I bought the car used I brought in there cause the previous owner told me he bought it there. They noticed a small oil leak that had a bulletin out on it. I was given a rental and they took care of me. I then had the F Sport short shifter, shift ****,sway bars, and rear lower brace installed. They were great and they have the best showroom/lounge!

My wife and I have had really good experiences there as well. I used to live literally no more than 1 mile from another Lexus dealer and when she bought her IS we went to both dealers and she wanted to buy from Magnussens because she preferred the people there. She still drives the extra 30-40 mins for services because of the people. My wife is very much all about the service so if we do end up buying another Lexus it would definitely be from there.
