Default One stop shop for installing coils, alignment, caliper painting?

I'm looking for a one stop shop that can mount tires, install coils, paint calipers, throw on the wheels and do an alignment. Any recommendations? Or is it best to seek out different shops that specialize in each procedure? Thanks!

I believe motorsports technique does caliper painting too, I asked them to do mines a few months back but backed out on it.

Just to add to this thread, Kar Tunz in Pleasanton, although specializing in audio (and to a lesser extent window tinting), handles this kind of work too. Any other recommendations?

Hi guys,

So I've received the following price quote from a local shop for the services I need:

Coilover install - $275.00
4 wheel alignment - $90.00
Rear sway bar install - $70.00
30K service labor - $200.00
Brake caliper painting - $120.00 + Paint
Swapping TPMS sensors $28 x 4 = $112.00

Do you guys think these are fair prices? I'm thinking maybe I could tackle the rear sway bar and caliper painting install myself - those are pretty basic DIY's right? Thanks for any input!

All the pricing is fair. If you wanna do thew caliper and rear sway, that's pretty basic. It's all up to your personal time and what it's worth. I enjoy wrenching on my car, so only stuff like alignment and TPMS would I rely on others. As for alignment, I'd prefer going to Josephs Tire Outlet, since they have years of experience doing slammed Lexus. Price is a bit more, but most alignment shops don't know how to properly set up a dropped car. They just turn a wrench til the light on the machine goes green.

Thanks for the feedback Glen. I think I'll do the rear sway bar install myself for sure - still undecided about the caliper painting though. Do you think it could cause any serious damage to my car driving from Dublin/Pleasanton down to Joseph's place in San Jose without an alignment?

Hi Brian

I also recommend Joseph in tire outlet.
I doubt it will cause any problems to drive from Dublin/Pleasanton to San Jose

If you like, you can take your new wheels and tires to there to swap the TPMS from OEM wheels and tires, mount, balance and alignment.
