I just received a coupon for car wash from Putnam Lexus.

The coupon is a bit misleading. It say Car wash complimentary. Hand car wash, vacuum car wash.
Monday -Friday 10AM-12PM
or anytime you come in for service

Does this mean I get a free car wash when I present coupon or I have to get my car serviced to get the free car wash?

Usually you get a free wash, if you request, during any service (I used to work for dealership). In this case I believe the coupon is only valid during the times given if you're not getting serviced.

Assuming what you wrote is accurate, sounds like as long as you show up between 10am and 12pm, it's a free car wash. Be prepared for swirl marks though. I don't trust the dealer to wash my car.

LOL what!! I work at Lexus of Pleasanton and you can bring your car in anytime rain or shine and they will wash the car lol. People just show up for a wash. "free coupon" lol

WHAT! I didn't know that. I live by the Dublin/Pleasanton BART Station, so that dealership is like 5 minutes away. I even got my last service done there. I thought you only got a free car wash from the dealership you bought your car from.

So tell us the truth... do they do a good job on the car washes?

any dealer is suppose to give a complementary car wash when you get your car serviced there. i'm wondering about how good of a job they do too.

cuz sometimes i forget to ask for no car wash. cuz they do a bad job anyways and it takes another 30 mins to wait for my car

Yes and no. Depends on how big the wash line is. If they can take their time or not. They do the Acura's, Infiniti's, and Volvo's too so there's a lot of cars. If someone comes solely for a wash I try to bump their car to the front
