***POST MEET- Nor Cal “summer Kick-off” Bbq / Meet***
Thanks to Ernie for putting together another VERY successful event. Well over 100 cars in attendance and def a lot of hot cars !
It was great meeting some new faces and some old ones that I haven't seen for such a long time.
It's meet's like this that forge new friendships and strengthen the bond of the entire JDM Community; a ton of people to talk to, share ideas, network and have some laughs.
We had A TON of food, thanks to everyone who contributed.
I actually came back home with my cooler full of more meat and drinks than before I left for the meet !
Not ONLY is the NorCal Lexus community growing and becoming a tight knit group, but we're all sharing our passion and common interests with our JDM brethren, which is what makes events like this so enriching.
For myself, I met up with some old friends where only a meet like this could bring us back together.
I made some new Lexus friends , some of whom I know will benefit from the wealth of knowledge that us Veteran members will now make available to them.
Lastly I made some great new connections for things not even related to cars. Such as - I'll be getting a free upgrade/replacement of my current I-phone.
NOTE that I say these things even after being on CL for 7 years now. It just keeps getting better and better.
Whoever said "Membership Has It's Privileges" got that right, and the cool part is, all that's required to be a ClubLexus member is to sign up online, attend meets and hook up with us.

I'M GOING TO USE THIS OPPORTUNITY TO ASK EVERYONE TO CONSIDER ATTENDING JDM THEORY'S FIRST EVER SO CAL EVENT.

D*mn! sounds like a missed a chance to meet my nor cal counterparts and a great bbq meet, by just a few days-i'll be driving up there next week (there for most of the wk in cupertino/fremont areas).

just ended and got home ... the reason home so early is taking care of 3 dogs ... Destroyed the kitchen ;/ but all gewd
Was a Pretty Huge Turn out , Lots of cars , lots of food ! and I am sure LOTS of Pictures !!
Event was a good cause for kids local basketball team .. and donations ... Wish I was still in school to be a part of huge shows//meets like this

Looks like i missed out ( thanks to work ). I would like to meet my fellow bay area folks. almost 1400 posts, almost two years on here and NEVER have met anone from here! Except maybe one or two.
