Default Any good pizza places?

I grew up eating pizza all the time, breakfast, lunch, dinner, snack, whenever. I ate restaurant pizza, Costco pizza, frozen pizza at home, hot pockets, pizza rolls, pizza at the mall. However the past couple of years I haven't really eaten pizza as much so I think I've fallen behind the times. I found a few good pizza places, but I wanted to see what else is out there...

So, what are some of your favorite pizza places?

Mission Pizza and Pizza Depot in Fremont get my vote. Non-Franchised and delicious.

Check out Zachary's Pizza on College Ave in Berkeley, close to the Rockridge BART stop. This place is always packed out the door.

why does the zachary's pizza have the sauce on the top layer, is that how chicago style is done?, I'm guessing the cheese is in the middle?

Actually it's pretty good. I try to work out a lot to balance what I eat and I usually make good decisions on pizza toppings.

Correct.

IMHO, Zachary's pizza is better than the pizzas I tried while visiting Chicago. I've also heard rave reviews about Little Star Pizza in SF, but I have yet to try it.

I will reccomend this place again and again. I went to school at Berkeley, so I've eaten there MANY MANY times.

I saw some show on TV ranking Pizza joitns across the nation, and Zachary's came out as #2. The #1 spot was in NY ofcourse..

x2!

I just went to Chicago 2 months ago and had a bunch of different Chicago pizzas.. Giordanos, I think was one of the reccomended ones, Idon't remember the others.

Zachary's was definitely better..

Plus, they are an employee-owned establishment that takes care of their employees, so you get great service because they're all so happy to work there.
