We have an active mailer list of all members collected from meets over the past 5 years.
Those that have attended LGWNorCal meets would have registered and will be on that list whenever there are major meet announcements to inform people on like EOS.
We also have our site which you can reference all the meet history over the years. There is also a list of local members and their cars that you can access as well.

I suupose there may be additional value in creating a yahoogroup, etc. but technically all the newly active members are updated regularly when they attend a meet and enter their names on to the list.
Some people only come to attend just EOS once every year, so a mailer for that event would go out to remind them.
