Try our vendor Exact Motorsports. Milpitas, CA

Their banner is constantly rotating on the top header of our forums including the header for the NorCal section.

One Ton Garage in Mountain View. He charges 50/corner which is a bit pricey but he does excellent work. He didn't even crack the paint on my car and there were zero ripples.

For the GS and 1st gen SC's i strongly recommend shaving. Exact Motorsports does this work.

Here's a thread where several people including myself have provided some useful information.

Don't be so lazy, and do it yourself with a die grinder

The problem with doing it yourself is that if you are unskilled at doing it, you risk the chance of rippling and/or cracking the paint. Most of us do not want to risk that with our cars.

I don't think shaving puts you at any risk of any of the above, which is why I highly recommend it. You might get a slightly uneven edge, but it's the inside of your fender, so who cares.

I was referring to rolling the fenders. If you don't heat up the surface enough then the paint will crack and/or the metal will ripple.
