I got my suspension installed. John was GREAT. It only took them approx. 45minutes to do it. They were real professional and really cared for me. This is my second time getting work done there.... ill definitly always be there when it comes to service and modding. The car looks SO MUCH better lowered. Its perfect. Ill post pics in a few days.

i had my Tien Coilover CS and EDFC installed at Exact Motorsport over the weekend, i was pleased with the results. the install was clean, no noticeable bumps in the trunk where the motor for the edfc would be. John even preset my edfc for "windy road", "racing" and "freeway" driving.

Based on all the positive replies and feedback for EM,i decided to go check it out.I was looking all over Milpitias Blvd. for Hanson Ct.
Low and behold it's right behind Nichols Manufacturing, where I get my Ducati tuned, what luck I can have my GS,Sequoia, and 996 tuned and cared for all under one roof(literally)!

Default SHOP to get SERVICES other than dealerships?

First off sorry if this is being posted in the wrong area.

I am new to the LEXUS community in the BAY AREA, and wanted to know if anyone can recommend a great shop to perform maintenance on my car. I don't want to go to the dealership for every service needed as I don't feel like being raped every visit.

Any and all help would be grateful.

welcome to the norcal family (not like i am part of it now...)

but most people go to exact motorsports here, including me when i was in norcal. do a search, they are pretty much the go to guys for everything. john and sandy are the best! very honest and reasonable

hahaha....ditto....me too. I just hit 61K and will be calling EM pretty soon.

I also may ask them about a new battery as well.
the timing belt on my car is recommended at 90K so I'll wait till then.

Jonathan, you have 180k on your car, or are those different cars?

Exact is great from what i hear. When i was looking for local dealers to carry our items they picked some up. It was great to see someone stock some is3 and gs parts.

D

ps not to steal any thunder here, anything under 60k should be done at home if you have some knowledge of your car.
