The East Bay Dinner meet was held in Walnut Creek area a few months ago.

We had Sushi and headed over to "Bubbles and Crepes".
Hypothetically speaking, we "owned" the place while we were there. This is a low key establishment w/ very friendly service, safe parking and within close distance to major freeways. I believe Lightwave76 andf myself will have that Karaoke machine tweeked and ready if we decide to meet there again.
Nthach, are there any bowling or billiards near that area just case anyone is interested in the following:
early afternoon dinner
bowling/billiards
bubbles & crepes (discounted and/or free ice cream and free karaoke)
For South Bay, it will be about 45-60min of driving but given a weekend, traffic isn't that bad and would be easy to get to. I believe the majority or 50/50 of the members here are from East Bay, a good handful from the 415/510 and 650 area. There's a smaller 408 group but the drive will be worth the effort.
The key to a mini-meet is venue and parking.
A couple of suggestions:
Great Mall - Dave and Buster's = Adequate parking, food/drinks/gaming center.
East Bay - Various eateries and Bubbles & crepes
North Bay - don't know of any
P.S. Don't worry, I'm sure we'll get several SC3/4's to join as well but also open to other CL members. Just make sure that the SC3/4's are parked together so it's kind of officicial looking, you know what I mean....

Billiards place on Monument Blvd...it's a small place and is usually crowded. ................bowling on Monument Blvd. at Diablo Lanes.....about 1/2 mile up the road from Yokoso Sushi where we had the East Bay Dinner meet.

it was my idea but i've been busy with my car lately. So anyone willing to help put this meet together that will be great. let do this before the rain hit maybe we can BBQ for one last time.
