EOS 5 "NorCal's LAST big meet of the Year"
It's time once again to announce our 5th Annual "End of Summer 5 " meet, brought to you by the Northern
California members of ClubLexus, better known as LGWNorCal.
This year's Primary Sponsors are LeMans Karting and Lexus of Glendale
The EOS5 meet has a special theme, to be known as "The Last Dance". You can read more on that elsewhere in the NorCal section.
Indications are that members from NorCal, SoCal and some from as far as Arizona are expected to attend. With our new larger meet location, we expect this year's event to be our biggest and best ever.

By registering online, you will be granted admission to the meet, you will be eligible for the drawing to win raffle prizes, a meet parking spot will be reserved and you will be eligible to purchase the highly desired, commemorative EOS 5 meet tee shirt.

Go Karting at EOS 5
KARTING FOR ALL
We have setup 3 levels of Lemans Karting at EOS5 for people to enter: Beginner, Intermediate, or Pro.
Beginner: First time driving a kart, just want to try it out without sharing the track with intimidating or aggressive drivers. This is for cruisers and non-competitive driving. No bumping !
Intermediate: First timers who feel comfortable driving at a faster pace are welcome. This is also for people with previous experience, who are into more aggressive driving, but are not hard core. No BUMPING
Pro: All those with previous karting experience at a competitive level. For highly skilled drivers, who are aggressive, but follow proper racing etiquette in passing (no bumping off) and letting faster karts pass by (no blocking!) This is not a demolition derby and over aggressive bumping will be penalized laps.
There will be two sessions available for all three levels: 11:00-12:00, and from 1:00-2:00. If you pre-pay for karting online, you will be eligible for special pricing when purchased with an EOS5 Tee and /or EOS dog tag.
KARTING KOMPETITION
At 2:00pm we are going to have a KARTING KOMPETITION
It will consist of a 5-min heat/qualifier and then a final 30 lap race. You may pre-pay for this race online OR you can enter at the meet, but will not be eligible for the EOS Tee or dog tag specials. Sorry, ONLY EOS Lexus owners are eligible to race and win. 1st and 2nd place Awards to be announced.
ONLINE PRE-PAY BENEFITS
Those who pre-pay for karting sessions online, will automatically receive a free dog tag (first 70 who signup) that says EOS5.
For people who pre-pay online, they will also be eligible to get an EOS5 t-shirt combined with karting sessions at a discounted price.
If people pre-pay for more than one karting session, they will get multiple dog tags and are also be eligible to order more than one t-shirt (per session purchased) at a discounted price. No one will be allowed to order more than one t-shirt at discounted price if they enter only one karting session.
You can also purchase karting sessions at the meet, but will not be eligible for the dog tag or Tee special offers. Friends and family are welcome to purchase tickets at the meet for the same meet discount price. EOS5 Tees will not be offered for sale at the meet.

Raffle Prizes
We will be awarding raffle prizes. All those that pre-register for this event will be eligible to win.
You can see at the end of this thread that raffle prizes are being announced throughout the next few weeks before EOS5.
We want to make sure that every model of Lexus has an opportunity to win a raffle item. Those who have been to previous EOS meets know that YOU will be able to choose the raffle item(s) you wish to be eligible to win. The raffle prize will be an item that is either non-model specific or specific to YOUR model of Lexus.
See the end of this thread for a list of raffle items. We will continue to announce items over the next few weeks.

Ordering Commemorative EOS 5 Tee Shirts
In years past, the EOS meet Tee shirts have been a much sought after souvenir.
Previous meet tees have always been a limited production and limited availability.
The demand has never kept up with the supply. Last year many were not able to get a shirt.
This will be your ONLY opportunity to purchase these highly sought after t-shirts.
In order to best serve our participants, this year we are making sure everyone who wants a shirt can have one. T-shirts will be available by pre-paying online ONLY. We will not have t-shirts available for sale at the meet. Offer expires on September 10. Don’t wait or it may be too late !

With all the PM's and responses after the meet registration closed, it is apparent that we could have reached 200 cars.
We had to close on the registration because we had to make room for some "surprise" display vehicles that will be showing at the event.

WARNING for people.
When you sign up no the registration page, you need to be careful to fill out all the fields correctly. That means including your vehicle year and model!!!
Right now we are running into the bug where all 06 vehicles are shown as 05. we are trying to see if we can fix that in a timely manner.
But other than that, please make sure eveyrthing is correct
If we see anything wrong, we do reserve the right to have you sign up again. As of now, I already see couple of people keeping the default ES300 group. Well, let's just say I am very much inclined to put them in the same parking group now 
Also, please make sure you PRINT out the confirmation sheet, WRITE DOWN your confirmation number that we send you in the email, and BRING that confirmation sheet to the meet. Without the connfirmation sheet, we reserve the right to enter the meet.
Just think of this as a theater and you are watching a movie
