LATE HEADS UP: EXACT Motorsports Grand Re-Opening Meet
Well,
sorry for the short notice. I was just told by Exact that they would like to have their Grand Re-Opening meet on Saturday, May 20. All day from 11am to 5pm.
Lunch will be served from noon to 2pm.
NEW LOCATION
907 Hanson Ct.
Milpitas, CA 95035
All old customers and new are invited to celebrate their opening at their new location in Milpitas.
They will be serving food for lunch and will have something worthwile as a special "Gift "for all those who sign up on this thread and attend the meet.
More details to follow, but for now, I just wanted to post since this is rather short notice.
I need a roll call of all those interested in attending. No problem if you don't make it. They just want me to get a head count so they know how much food to prepare, plus have enough "special gifts' to give away for everyone.
There will be other customers besides Lexus attending this meet, so lets have a show of force and show some Lexus pride.
Please respond on this thread and I will add you to the sign up sheet. When you arrive, make sure to "check in" in order to be eligible for Rapid Rewards points.
You will also receive your "special gift" .

You do not need to be present to win the gallery drawing.

Roll Call - Those planning to attend.
This is not a RSVP, if you cancel without notice it's OK. We need to know maximum possible head count so that Exact can plan accordingly.
There could be up to 100 other cars including non-Lexus.
We have designated about 70 primo spots. Since the parking logistics are hard to control, we have decided to make these spots first come first served. There is room for another 30 cars in the lot, but they are just further away from the main gathering area.
There is also enough street parking for easily 50 cars.

Here's the map from most nearby freeways.
The directions from 237 / 880 to Hansen Court are shown in Red.
Hansen Court is a dead end street. Please enter through the driveway at the very end of the street.
From there you will drive around the rear of the building and park by backing into the space along the rear fence.
By looking at the map you can see that those who come early will park closest to the Exact entrance.

i will be there. i talked to john last week and already knew about the meet next sat. it's going to be very crowded around there i suppose, since he's going to invite other clubs as well
and hey, what contest are you talking about glen? i didn't see the word contest in the other thread

On the end of my first post, I will have a drawing to award a prize to one of those who submits their photo before the meet. During the meet we will have the drawing. They also do not need to be present at the meet to win.
Just to make it clear, those that post on this thread that they may attend AND also sign in at the meet, will receive a Rapid Rewards point. Exact will provide an additional "special gift" to attendees.

and i think we should have a time where we all go there again so we can park together? that would be nice. don't think i will be staying all day though, taking up too much time

good point on giving me headcount for those bringing guests. They want food for everyone and all are welcome. I should of taken a poll..
Oh Well.
I guess it's a good time to to point out that anyone owning a Japanese vehicle is invited to the event and partake in the food and gifts.
Exact is not a Lexus ONLY shop, so I thought I should mention it.
Honda, Toyota, Nissan owners are some of their key customers as well.
