Driving down 880 south around Union City/Fremont yesterday at 7:30pm... spotted a nebula grey ISF driven by an asian guy with black frame glasses. He was a car behind a white 2IS driven by a girl. Her IS had a full lip kit, wheels, tucking tire, aftermarket HID's, tint, etc. She was behind me when I exited Decoto/Ardenwood/Newark Blvd.
