Spotted a baby blue (or Light Blue Metallic) ISX50 on 280S merging onto 880 at around 9:20pm. Noticed car had an HKS Exhaust and I knew he was about to merge onto 880 so I high beamed him once and then drove up side by side to look over, but his tints were too dark. Not sure if he saw me. License plate was customized with just letters. First letter was an F. Tried to take a picture, but my phone was almost dead and androids don't let you take pics with under 5%!!
