A black IS 250/350, can't remember, lowered on the stock rims which were painted gloss black, tinted, on 3rd and S street around 12:30PM in Downtown Sac. Must be a State employee,

Blue ISF today infront of Hillsdale mall.....i think it had the full Wald Bison kit and some kind of aftermarket trunk....looked nice
