Daizen Sport Tuning high performance sway bar sets are designed to significantly improve performance by upgrading the torsional stiffness of the sway bars, thereby increasing their ability to effectively resiste the forces that cause a car to "lean" during turns. This is accomplished by increasing the diameter of the sway bar over stock size (and/or the wall thickness with hollow bars) but not to the point that it affects overall ride quality. This ultimately provides a more stable attitude during spirited driving, and most importantly, a predictable response during unexpected emergency maneuvers.

Unsprung weight (and the minimization of it) is absolutely critical to any vehicle's overall handling and braking performance. This term refers to the weight of the wheels, tires, brakes and any other chassis components that are not held up by the vehicle's suspension. Sway bars are one of the heaviest of these unsprung components, and our tubular construction minimizes any adverse effects while still offering optimal anti-torsional characteristics.

Daizen Sport Tuning's adjustable rear sway bars allow the end user to fine tune the vehicle's handling to their personal preference and/or driving style. All of our sway bar sets are adjustable, a feature normally found only on race-type sway bars.

Custom high durometer polyurethane sway bar bushings are included with each set, which provide maximum deflection resistance and allow the sway bars to operate at peak efficiency. Unlike factory rubber bushings, these bushings are not susceptible to cracking or deterioration over time, even with extended periods of hard driving or harsh environments.

The powdercoated finish on our sway bars provides an attractive and functional layer of protection that can easily outlast any type of paint or plating. Powdercoating is a finishing method that uses an electrostatic charge to apply a colored powder to metal parts, which is then cured with a baking process that bonds and seals the coating to the metal's surface. The result is a paint-like finish with superior resistance to chips, scratches and environmental conditions.

Restore original road feel and handling characteristics. Replaces worn OE rubber bushings, which are highly susceptible to cracking and deterioration. A sensible (and permanent!) alternative to purchasing $500+ stock replacement control arms!

Daizen Sport Tuning high performance polyurethane control arm bushings eliminate unsafe driving conditions and poor handling by allowing minimal deflection of the control arms during dynamic vehicle operation. Unwanted camber, caster and toe change become a thing of the past, with control arms operating only in their designated arc and suspension travel parameters. The potential for irregular tire wear is greatly reduced, which is usually a result of the inability to properly align the suspension to required alignment specifications.

The inherent characteristic of all rubber bushings is that they are highly susceptible to wear and deterioration over time - hot/cold cycling, road salt and other extreme road conditions will accelerate this condition. This bushing failure problem can occur in as little as 30,000 miles and almost always by 70-80,000 miles.

Some symptoms of this deteriorated bushing problem are: Excessive tire wear; the inability to properly align the vehicle; audible "clunk" noises from floorboard area, especially when turning or backing up; wandering and/or unstable steering especially at higher speeds; unstable braking; vibration at higher speeds.

An increase in braking stability is also achieved, due to the fact that the control arms will not shift or oscillate forward and backward under the extreme lateral loads experienced during heavy braking.

If other suspension upgrades such as springs, struts or sway bars are installed, the benefits of each will be maximized when used in conjunction with our high performance control arm bushings.

Just as with our other polyurethane suspension components, there is no worry of deterioration of the bushings over time with extreme use or with harsh road conditions.

The lower durometer hardness of these bushing sets restores original ride, as they were specifically designed with Lexus owners in mind. A significant upgrade in handling is provided as well. These kits are not like typical aftermarket hard durometer bushing kits, which while improving handling, also noticeably degrade a vehicle's ride quality and comfort level.

The film that Mach III offers is by Venture Tape, which is an ultra-clear film that will not yellow, crack, or bubble. In addition, there is a Nationwide Lifetime Warranty backed by Venture from these defects. The film also does not block off UV rays, which will not create a 2-tome effect if ithe film is ever removed. Wax, light polish, & sealant can all be used on the film for regular maintenance.

Other advantages of Venture film over other brands of clear film:

*3M film (previous design) - film scratched fairly easy, occassional yellowing over time, orange peel effect (especially noticeable on darker vehicles), 5 year warranty
*3M film (new design) - this new film debuted about 5 months ago due to complaints of yellowing and its competitors pushing out ultra-clear film that does not have the orange peel texture to it. Film is clearer, but the orange peel is still noticeable on black cars............it is much clearer than its previous version though. Nice film, nice upgrade. 5 year warranty.
*Llumar - Company actually specializes in window films, but came into the market during the last Sema show with an ultra-clear paint protection film very similar to Venture Tape. Film is very flexible and made installation much easier. The only problem we had with this film was adhesion on the more difficult vehicles such as the Porsches, which is why we stuck with Venture. - lifetime warranty
*Avery - the film tended to fade after a short-period of time.........a haziness on the film forms, which is somewhat similar to what happened w/ the old 3M film. They have yet to upgrade their film
*Clearshield - film is just as bad as the old 3M film in orange peel effect, adhesive residue on about 90% of the surface of the area it once covered if the film is ever removed, and very vulnerable to fading - 5 year warranty
*Venture has been producing paint protection film for about 10 years now. It is the texture of films like Venture and Llumar that set the new standard for ultra-clear paint protection, which actually pushed 3M to upgrade their ppf. Venture's film is strong and impact-resistant......based on their test results, their film does not break during an elongation test until it hit the 370% mark. Lifetime warranty

We utilize Xpel's design to cut on Venture Tape's film as we believe the two to be a better combination........Window tinting is another compliment to our company as we strive for perfection in installation. All of our window tinting on the rear glass are done with one-piece films despite the curvatures in any applicaiton. We use the latest in installation methodology to obtain the cleanest result.
