Doug...I can bring along garbage bags and napkins. Also maybe if we are doing a drive through the back mountain roads if you want to group people into categories like the southern people did for their last meet based on car, suspension mods, and willingness so people who want to go fast aren't stuck behind someone who doesnt.

Drew, I got you down for paper plates, cups and utensils. So far, if the list stays as shown on the 1st post, we'll be looking at 30 people at least, including guests (expected and unexpected). By mid-to-late next week, we should have more of a definitive number of people coming to the meet. So bringing your wife is fine with me, as I know a few others will plan to bring their significant others. This meet will be enjoyable for everyone

Eric, I got you down for garbage bags and napkins. Since we're going to be in Bear Mtn and 7 Lakes, I think it's inevitable that we'll hit some good mountainside roads and drives, so that's an excellent idea of grouping cars based on suspension mods and capabilities, and personal interest. I'll take a look at the info for the Southeast spring fling meet later on and figure how it's gonna work out.

I plan on bringing my wife .....hope that is okay.

Let me know what I should bring in terms of food.

Still not sure if I can make it. I am leaning towards the Deals Gap meet in the SE meet. I will confirm my attendance in the next week or so.

Default Flyer attached

OK folks, I decided to make a flyer utilizing Photoshop and one of the pictures I took at Bear Mtn. I think this should lay out all that is expected at the day of the meet. Save it, print it, display it, tell about it, do what you want with it... only 8 more days left!

Default One more drive-out today

Even though it rained off and on today, I took one last drive out to the areas we'll be hitting. I don't want to give anything away to those of you who are heavily anticipating, but 7 Lakes Drive is an amazing drive. The same story with the drive at Bear Mtn State Park. Plus, past the Bear Mtn Bridge and across the Hudson River, there's an excellent 5-mile drive running alongside steep and high ridges and waterfalls, with a slew of twists and 180-degree turns. For those of you with suspension mods and the like, this would be the course to test them out!

The pics below are from the Anthony Wayne Recreation Area, right before the ticket gate. Imagine a parking lot full of Lexus there next Sunday!

Default Food assignments

I've already taken into account the people who volunteered to bring some of the items from the list, so I'll list the people here and their assigned remaining foods and items:

- ketchup, mustard --> chanmannyhc
- veggie snacks --> lexusk8
- bags of ice --> MrSypher
- cooler --> MrSypher
- potato, macaroni and/or vegetable salad --> LEXMATIC
- large sandwich bags, styrofoam containers --> lexusk8

If you have any problems or concerns with your food assigments, PM me and we'll figure something out. Right now, I'm estimating that we'll have around the ballpark of 30 people coming to this meet.
