Default Awd

Hi

i am considering the purchase of an RX 350. The car is advertised with AWD. Anyone have any real life experience with Lexus AWD? Does it work pretty well in the snow? Thanks

My mother owned an rx and the awd system was beyond capable of handling any of the usual mess in northeastern Ohio. Here we experience heavy snow fall due to lake effect. Although my theory for winter driving is good tires and brakes above awd...make sure you can stop before you start going. I see many people confused thinking awd will help them stop better.

I've driven the IS350 in snow with both RWD and AWD. I couldn't drive fast with either, but I didn't slip with the AWD at all. Even going up or downhill.
