I think they did say they want to do one every year. It was a very beautiful car that drew a heck if a crowd. It was a really awesome meet and a great turn out.

Since we're talking about Rockville, I have a question. Any recommendations on car washes around the Rockville area?

The automatic washer? Will the brushes scratch or make swirl marks, and will the rollers damage the rims?

Yep.

Over time with any automatic wash you're going to have swirl marks. It's a trade off, but they are pretty minor, limited to the lower areas of the car and can be corrected with a quick polish. The wash used a lot of soap which helps keep everything lubed up. They use all microfiber towels to dry or you can choose the ride through tunnel and dry it yourself. Never any scratched rims on my cars.

As automatic carwashes go, it's the best, highest quality, nicest one in our area (I've used them all). Even the older Flagship on Hungerford Dr isn't as good.

Thanks! I'll give them a try.
