Cheapest place in Queens, NYC to install rims on tires

Anyone know where is the cheapest place that will install tires on rims, in queens, nyc? I've read the costco does it for 10$ a tire. anyone know if that is true? has anybody had any experience with them?

idk about the price but if it is, its only apply to OEM wheel on the car....no aftermarket

Tire shop located opposite John Adams high school on Rockaway Blvd is pretty cheap for swapping wheels...good ppl also.
