Great news, local Clublexus members! I just got off the phone with a representative from the New York City Parks Dept. They mailed the permit yesterday so I should have it in my hand within a few days, our permit number is 50830..With this permit we will not be kicked out and our spot in the park is secure without interruptions..

Updated: May 27th, 2008...As per several requests, we are adding the China Earthquake Relief Fund by American Red Cross to the meet...Once again, portion of the raffle proceeds and a separate donation box will be on site for Clublexus members to donate to help provide supplies and financial assistance to those affected..
CHINA EARTHQUAKE RELIEF
On May 12, a powerful earthquake measuring 7.9 on the Richter scale struck Sichuan province in southwestern China, killing thousands of people. The American Red Cross is working with its partners in the International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement, including the Red Cross Society of China, and other partners to assist those affected by this disaster.

Event Rules: All Clublexus event attendees and guests must follow event rules and guidelines or they will be asked to leave the premises..Please respect NYC park area and clean up your own mess..There are no excuses..
1) No Alcoholic Beverages are permitted.
2) No Vehicles are allowed in park and ballfield area.
3) No Amplified Sound permitted.
4) No burnouts, No excessive noise.
5) No speeding or street racing.

On May 12, a powerful earthquake measuring 7.9 on the Richter scale struck Sichuan province in southwestern China, killing thousands of people.
