Decided to come by to get a free car wash this morning. Pulled up and the guy gave me a buzzer to let me know when the car will be ready...10 min later they buzzed me and told me That i cant do car washes here because the car wasn't bought at grapevine nor any services have been performed on the vehicle. Explained to them that I bought It used but the tint was done here as indicated on the sticker near the side window.they said they tint a lot of lexus cars for other dealerships that's why their sticker is on the window ....told them that i I will be doing service once it is required but I don't need it at this time....bottom line..drove off disappointed..will take any future services to another place..

what shawn said. sewell don't care from what i experienced. a lexus is a lexus.

Also if you have a Sewell license plate frame, you can take your car to ANY Sewell dealership for a free car wash. Doesn't matter what dealership brand as long as it's owned by Sewell.

I've never quite understood that about Lexus Grapevine, as the other Park Place dealerships, including the one I worked at, would wash your car.

I understand how you are upset about the car wash. The car wash wait times tend to be an hour to two hours just depending on how crazy things are. They can't keep up with the demand. That's why they tend to be very strict on that.

I see your point...I did speak to the service director...he said unless he sees a significant amount of business from me (service work), then he might reconsidered letting me wash my car there anytime. He's such a nice guy.
