How is Sewell of Fort worth? I am looking to buy a GS350 soon, and since we do not have a Lexus dealer here in Abilene, I will have to drive to DFW to get one and get it serviced. Sewell of Fort Worth is much closer to me than the other two. Any recommendations?

I know the reply is a little late, but I bought my 4LS from them. Great experience! Ask for Rick!

My dad recently stopped by PP Lexus to get the free stickers for valet parking at the Rangers games. Pretty much snubbed him and would not give him the time of day, much less the free stickers since he never had any of his cars there. Stopped by Sewell, and while the cars have not been there either, they cheerfully provided stickers.
I'm with Sewell! Bought my first Lexus there and would not have any problems buying again.

Can't say the same for Sewell Dallas...

I was in the market for a 2016 RX and was offered a demo with 8500 miles on it they were still trying to sell as new. Granted, they fully disclosed that it was a demo with high miles, but after I voiced reservations about the mileage and warranty, I was pretty much blown off. To top it off, Sewell claimed the demo was put into service in January 2016 when it was really November of 2015.

Contacted PP and had a test drive at my house the next day, spent an hour at the dealer for paperwork, got heavier tint on the front windows at no cost and the RX was delivered to my door.

Unless PP starts kicking puppies as a regular business practice, they'll have my loyalty for some time to come.

Personally have always been to Park Place (can't speak for Plano location) and haven't been wronged thus far 3 cars in. Multiple different salesmen and each were great, but that's just my experience. Also have yet to go to Sewell so that's to be seen.
