Default Alignment or rubbing issue...

2011 IS 350. No mods 30K miles.

Should wear look like this on both fronts with only 30K miles? I know ****ty roads or hitting something can throw it out of wack, but I don't think both fronts should wear this bad on the interior with only 30K miles. Should I even see if this is something Sewell will work with me on?

There might be a recall on the car.

i assume are those the tires that came new with the car?

looks like you have a little too much toe out on the front wheels. i'd get an alignment done once you get new tires.
