Where do you mount your Toll Tag?
I don't like the Toll Tag sticker showing on the windshield. Just curious it anyone else has a creative way to mount it where its not visible from the outside.

I mount it right behind my rear view mirror. It might be an eyesore from the outside but as the driver, I won't see it.
Curious if it'll read it, if you can mount the toll tag sticker on the underside of your sun roof glass.

I kept the plastic Toll Tag. I mount mine behind the inspection sticker. Unseen and still works. They take it off when I get my inspection done, but I always put it back. I saw it done at a meet once, and it has been there ever since. I also hate the unsightly blue sticker. Wonder if you can put it on a piece of clear plastic and use velcro behind the inspection sticker? or a piece of plastic and use tiny suction cup behind inspection sticker?

mine is not mounted and left in my center console. I guess they just scan my license plate and bill my toll tag account since my vehicle info. is updated in their system.

Mine's mounted in the glovebox LOL. Like egh97t said they scan the plates for every car anyhow and if you have a tag the charge just goes to it. If for some reason they miss your tag you get a free ride on the toll way. Probably not the right thing to do but they have the new Zip-Pass things now so if they miss it it wouldn't be your fault.

I keep my tag in the glovebox. I only put it up when I get to the airport so it can scan in so I can park. All the other times, it's the responsibility of their automated high speed camera systems to grab my plate and bill me. It's pretty accurate, I don't keep track but I don't think I've ever received a free ride lol.
Oh yeah, my tag in the glovebox worked in Houston as well when I was at the TX2k12 meet 2 weeks ago. I looked at my NTTA online billing and the charges from Houston showed up there.
