Here's all the recent work that has been done:
*Brand new cylinder head (purchased from odessa cylinder head)
*Brand new NGK spark plugs
*Brand new Battery (2012 battery has warranty)
*Brand new timing belt
*Brand new cam chain tensioner
*Brand new valve cover gasket
*Brand new valve stem seals
*Brand new valve seals
*Brand new timing belt tensioner
*Brand new timing belt roller
*Brand new ignition coils

The car has never had any issues with over heating. The head was not warped. We initially set out to change the timing belt and all the corresponding parts (i.e. belt tensioner, belt roller, valve cover kit etc.) However, upon opening the valve cover we noticed that the cam showed signs of abnormal wear. So instead of neglecting a potential problem, we decided to do a complete top-end rebuild along with the timing belt. The car is now back to factory specs.
