I did one bench of 315 squat of 405 and deadlift 455

Basically I'm kinda of a cool nerd that doesn't have much time for anything other than my kids

yea i got like 4000 post now since its been years since I join now. don't want to be moderator as its too much work and not enough time....just like you i have a family and other stuff to take care of...good ur back in a lexus game...hopefully more stuff to come
