Mechanic friend looking for a garage space in Queens/Nassau County

Clublexus members, anyone know of a good 2 car+ garage space with electricity for rent in Queens/Nassau County? Lift is nice but not necessary. Can be part of a warehouse. Must be clean and cleared of junk before move in date. Mechanic friend is very serious about securing a location within the next week.
