New speed cameras to ticket drivers in NYC.
Heads-up for NYC folks.
The NYPD began cracking down on speeding drivers using new speed cameras on Thursday as part of Mayor Bill de Blasio's plan to prevent pedestrian deaths.

About three weeks ago I got a warning in the mail. Some are not new cameras though. They are using the red light cameras as well so if you know where they are you can avoid them. I'm not sure if all red light cameras are speed cameras as well but I'll list them any way.
This particular one that caught me is located at 62nd road and woodheaven Blvd in Queens.
There's also another one at Union turnpike and woodheaven.
Another one at Jamaica Ave and Woodhaven. There a lot of cameras throughout woodheaven Blvd so be careful if you pass through there.
There's another one at 39th St and Queens Blvd.
