Just picked up an older LS430. Looking for a Lexus shop in the area that will accept Carmax's warranty. Any one here know of a place?

Also, looking for a tint shop. Recommendations appreciated!

not sure about the carmax warranty, but give jaques a call at graphix-n-tint (703) 538-2500.

he's based out of arlington, tell him Todd told you to call.

I think the DMV area needs a lexus weekly or bi-weekly. I think it would be a good thing for the local Lexus/Toyota scene. Imo the biggest obstacle would be a location.

I go to the general car meet in Rockville and Gaithersburg and there is small showing of Lexus. I'm typically 1 of 5 when there are a bunch of BMW's Nissans, etc. Also, I goto a weekly Nissan & Mitsubishi meets when I get a chance due to friends having those cars.

What are the days and time for the Rockville and Gaithersburg meet? Sterling's Friday meet started up too.

Directly across the street. Silver Diner and MicroCenter parking lot.

The National G Club meet is in the sports authority parking lot on Thursday. I go there about twice a month. There is a good showing of non nissan cars. Mostly BMW's, Subaru's, and Evo's.
