my wife and i moved to annapolis 3 years ago from colorado and sold her jeep grand cherokee cuz we dont' get feet of snow in the mid east coast area so now we only have an 05 ls430 and an 05 szion Xa
well she works for this elderly hospital about 5 blocks from our place and needed to be there by 6.45 am this morning. thankfully the plow had gone through our street so i just had to dig out the szion and hopefully we were all good. so i dug out about 20+ inches of snow around it got it cleaned up and we hoped in so i could drive her to work. we got about 30 feet down the road and i quickly say a wall of snow about 4.5 feet tall in front of us and about 6 feet across at the base.. the awesome snow plow doing the cross street obviously felt that that other street was of more importance so i had to dig out a 4 feet wide hole in the snow wall and somehow amazingly the szion pushed thorough it and made it to her work and back...
this reminded me of CO type snow and not DC/MD/VA type snow. Last time i saw snow like this well besides this past dec was the blizz of 95 when i lived in NOVA at the time. a lot of snow and its still coming down at a pretty good pace right now. hope you all are doing good, i will post up some pics of my slammed LS430UL (on air) here shortly but all you will see is a big white ball

^__ Hot story! lol
I just woke up, and I see roughly 6 to 10 inches on the streets and places. I hate snow. Last week my parents went to CT, and they had some snow. On an incline, my parents couldn't make it up with the GS400... So I'm thinking to my self, why not? Have some pretty good all year round tires, and then I remembered that I forgot to add the extra weight in the trunk heh... An extra 200 pounds of dumbells and other weights definitely help ;]

we got over 22" right now and it is blowing like 35mph and still snowing hard... btw its 10.30 am and just got some pics check em out... also the phone kept shutting off before i could get any pics of the car but it is completely a giant snow ball so you couldn't tell what it was anyway...
the ls is on the left (when looking at the pic) of that little scion. all you see it white.
those other pics are supposed to be salt water but its all frozen chunks of slushy snow... like in those damn deadliest catch shows.
