this will be interesting 
Group discounts are not impossible but the $20 gate fee is pretty reasonable for the event that includes free parking and free camping so the discount that we can offer wouldn’t be more than a few bucks, depending upon the number of people you would have. The way it would work is that you would need to give me the number of people that you are going to have and then send a check 10 days prior to the event in the amount of the those guys. Once you have all the names of the people that will be attending you just email me that list and we will have your passes at Will Call.
As far as parking goes, we should be able to accommodate you with a special Lexus Corral. I don’t handle the car show portion of the event but I can definitely coordinate with him to help out.

You don’t have to use your own car for Rice Rice. We provide the materials, the car, the tools and everything. All you have to do is have a team put together.

sorry to be so late but just took over this. BUT NELOC guys ya'll should def come. I'm trying to get a list of people who's going. I've already talked to the events director and we can get a few bucks discount but the good thing is even if you're not showing you can park inside with the lexus crew.
