CARLISLE STYLE & PERFORMANCE 2009
NELOC, you’ve asked for it, and now HERE IT is!!!! Once again my friends it is our pleasure to announce the return of the Carlisle Style and Performance show for 2009. It’s been quieter than usual in the NELOC forum this year and a lot of that has to due with the state of our economy and people’s focus being elsewhere. But despite all of that it’s time to shake the cobwebs off and start gearing up for the one show that for the past two years has revolved around us. The events coordinator for the Carlisle Performance & Style Show has expressed that it was his extreme pleasure to have us come back yet again to the show for ‘09. This was achieved by a strong display of unity as a car club, camaraderie and overall friendliness of the members, and the fact that we also rolled into the show 55 cars deep had a little something to do with things.
LOL!!! It was with these attributes that NELOC was awarded a trophy for Best Club Participation for 2007 and 2008 as well as a newly added award in ’08, Coolest Club Hangout.

For many NELOC’ers this was the first time that they actually met other members from areas other than their own. We drew a participation base from MD,VA, PA, and NY. For the past two seasons, the Carlisle show has come up in countless threads with nothing but positive feedback and responses; proving once again that NELOC is not just full of hype, we are a lifestyle in which many other clubs strive to achieve. For those of you who are reading this information now and are new to this experience, or have no idea what we are talking about, please reference this thread for review.

This year the Carlisle Events staff has given us the following perks.
- Pavilion B
- Article in the Event Catalog (still pending)
- Coverage on the Carlisle Website
- Announcements on to the show attendees to visit are pavilion
It is through this measure, that we will be extending invitations to members of my.IS, ISFanatics, Lexotic Concepts, Club Lexus (non NELOC members) to join us in attendance of this event. This will be the one, MUST ATTEND event of the season, so please make plans to attend THIS one if you do no other one this year. Everything from the multiple caravans, to the nearby local nightspots, and everything in between is guaranteed to be a lasting, memorable experience for all who will be in attendance.

Non Judged Field Info:
Price: $40.00
Register a car, truck, SUV, or sport bike for the NON-JUDGED showfield. Park with your friends or club and still be a part of the showfield. Registration includes weekend admission for two people. After registering, a receipt will be emailed to you - please bring this receipt to the event. Multi-Vehicle Discounts Available. Discount Only Applies to Cars Registered At The Same Address and Purchased During a Single Order. (Limit of 5)
Parking Info:
One of the most important things that we learned from Carlisle ‘07 is that nobody is perfect and we did have minor parking issues. With having the entire pavilion in ’08, we able to remedy alot of the parking issues from ’07 with ease. For the 2009 show we will have the same pavilion (only pavilion) as previous years. For those who attended last year’s show, parking will be handled and situated in a similar fashion.
A separate thread will be generated for official attendance so that we can keep track of those who have registered and cross-reference this info against who Carlisle also has registered. In the efforts of being fair to everyone, it is requested that everyone who signs in for the Attendance thread provide the following information.
Screen Name/Name/ Car/ Reg # (provided by Carlisle on receipt / You receive this via E-Mail as per the wording on the Carlisle Registration site.)Once you have received your registration receipt print it out and bring it with you to the show. I would suggest printing it out and and putting it in your glove box once you receive it. Also those of you who are entering as JUDGED, please let us know that as well. Non judged need only to send the other info. listed above, as it will be assumed that you are not entering as judged.
Hotel Info:
It would be advisable to reserve rooms ASAP to get the cheapest rate possible. To keep the individual cost low, please try to find other members that you can share a room with.

Bump for update info,,,,
For those of you registering for Carlisle online, once you do so you will receive an email with an order number. This is also you confirmation number for registration. Please send your order number to either myself of Apex so we can update the listing. For those of you familiar with the process from previous years, you will NOT recieve the card in the mail as in the past. You email order number is what is needed to bring with you to check in. Would be a good idea to print that page out and bring with you on the day of the show to check in. Am asking that you pm you order number to us so that we can have them in one central place in case anyone forgets to bring theirs with them.
