So this is virtually everything needed to "mirror" your phone (apps etc) to the car's screen while in motion?

I know I have a different car ('08 isf) but how complicated is the install/setup?

Yes that's correct. Texting, youtube, etc. I have no idea what is involved for installing in your isf, but it was pretty easy on my LS, which is probably more complicated than your isf.
