VAIS technology SLI2 *cheap*

Had this on my LS430 for 2 years before I traded it in no problems works excellent. Both of my new vehicles have aux and usb output so I do not need this no more. I have no clue what other Lexus/Toyotas this will work on I would verify with VAIS to see what else this is compatible with.

I'm interested, but a few questions:
Did you install it yourself? If so, how difficult was the install?
Does it charge your phone?
Do you have the old iPhone 5 adapter you used? It would be useless to me without it.
