Blackmarket

Hi guys. I am still messing around with my car setup. I would like any device which has a tv tuner. It can be a separate tv tuner or a dvd/tv with tuner. I just want something inexpensive since my current financial situation doesnt allow too much messing around. It doesn't have to be pretty or anything. As long as it works and everything is good, i'll heavily consider. Its a major plus if we can meet up in person. I live in NYC. So any local stuff would be great.
