FS: Audiocontrol LC2i signal converter

I bought this Audiocontrol LC2i signal converter brand new from Amazon with the intent of installing it in my car for use with an aftermarket sub and amp. I never used it, so now I'm putting it up for sale. My loss is someone's gain, because this is a brand new piece. There's a small hole in the plastic bubble packaging that it came in, but the box has never been opened.
I got it for $73 + shipping, but I'll sell it for $55 shipped.
