Got a direct replacement from Harman Kardon for my fried one. New in box, with 2sets of 40a fuses and a sub remote.

Local meet up around NYC is preferred, since i've had a bad experience shipping a Eclipse nav unit. But shipping arrangements can be made.

Price is $140.

can this be a direct replacement for the stock ML amp in a 2001 gs430?

ML amp can only be replaced by another ML amp. You can search the forums to find A LOT more info on this MUCH TALKED about topic. ML sucks anyway, build your own setup.
