Im selling my carputer setup and going back to stock.

Everything is in great condition.

7" Xenarc TSV Touch screen w/ video outpouts for games, backup cam, etc. This is top of the line.
1 2.5" laptop Hard drive with OS installed.
1 3.5" IDE Additional Hard drive filled with MP3 and videos. Some extra stuff for kicks
Opus 150 Power Supply
GPS receiver for NAVI

I can't find the motherboard for some reason, But everything is in great condition. The Xenarc will come with a new face plate since I painted the one on there black. Everything is basically ready to go. Buy a mini itx motherboard, boot up and you're set. The operating software is already on the hard drives. Navigation software is on there as well and ready to use.

yes, sorry. All cables for the power supply, xenarc, hard drives, monitor, etc. are ALL included.

I mounted the monitor in the dash, first it was OEM looking, then it was a custom built one out of glass and bondo. Pics are below.

I mounted the screen custom mounted in my SC. There is nothing wrong with the screen, its just that in this pic, the video wasn't showing since i was showing off the interior.

GPS receiver $150? This is top of the line and finds satellites VERY fast. Equivalent to oem and eclipse navi units.

I don't know what prices are now, but Im sure Im not too far off.

i'm interested in something like this for my gs400, how complicated is the install? and as far as usability what about boot times standby etc?

Install is easy. If you can install a radio, you can install a carputer. With this setup, all you need is a motherboard. Plug in wires, and boot everything up. As for wiring, all you need to do is find power, ground, and accessory for the power supply. Then you're done.

I have it set so when you turn on the car, it comes out of "sleep" mode and has the screen ready to play mp3 or watch videos. The hard drive is filled with lots of videos, enough to go on a 8 hr trip and not watch a video twice. Mp3's as well.

Like I said, all the programs are installed, so you don't have to worry about setting anything up. That's the hard part. Also, the program for navi was big bucks. The best you can use for carputer.

I just googled mini itx motherboard, and the cheapest one i found was $45. This is a cheap setup. If I don't sell this by this weekend, I'll post up on the mp3 forums and sell it quick. This is definitely a CL special!
