Im not too familiar with these Amps so can you be more specific on how many channels and watts per channel?

basically two of the best good priced amps made. Google the model numbers for specs. These are great for running 4 midrange speakers off the 300/4 and a multitude of subs off the 500/1. I used to have the same amps in an old ride and miss them.
