JL Audio 500/5 amp

I'm selling a used JL Audio 500/5 amp. I'm thinking around $450? Throw some offers at me

I was looking to buy the 300/4 JL off ebay for about $320 or so. Is this a 5th channel for 5.1? 100 per channel? or is it 4 channel then one 150 or something for a woofer?

Front Channels: 100 W RMS x 2 @ 1.5 ohm-4 ohm (11V-14.5V)
Rear Channels: 25 W RMS x 2 @ 1.5 ohm-4 ohm (11V-14.5V)
Subwoofer Channel: 250 W RMS @ 1.5 ohm-4 ohm (11V-14.5V)
